The Stock Keeper is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing company products while maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring proper warehouse organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive and check incoming products and shipments.
- Verify quantities and report any damaged or missing items.
- Organize and store products properly in the warehouse.
- Prepare and issue products based on approved requests or delivery documents.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or unavailable items.
- Check expiry dates and apply proper stock rotation when applicable.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
- Report any stock discrepancies, damaged products, or expired items.
- Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Accounting, and other departments when needed.
- Follow Medicals International policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in stock keeping, warehouse, or inventory control is preferred.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
