C. Monkey Tribe is looking for a Video Creator & AI Content Specialist who can turn ideas into strong short-form content, from the first concept to the final cut.
This is not a role where you’ll simply be handed footage to edit. You’ll have a say in the idea, how it should be shot, how it should move, and whether the best approach is live production, AI, or a mix of both.
We’re looking for someone who can think, shoot, edit, and create with AI, and who understands what makes content actually work on social.
What You'll Work On
- Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and shot ideas for Reels, TikTok, ads, and social campaigns.
- Shoot talking heads, products, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and B-roll.
- Edit short-form videos with strong pacing, sound, captions, transitions, and storytelling.
- Turn longer videos, interviews, and podcasts into engaging short-form content.
- Create AI-generated video and visual content from briefs and references.
- Use AI tools to build scenes, extend ideas, create visual assets, and support production.
- Work across different brands, each with its own tone, audience, and visual style.
- Join shoots at our studio and client locations when needed.
Skills & Experience
- Proven ability to plan, shoot, and edit your own video content.
- Strong understanding of short-form content, hooks, pacing, retention, and storytelling.
- Confident using professional editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation, using tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Veo, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI image generation and creative AI workflows.
- Comfortable handling basic production fundamentals including framing, lighting, audio, and camera movement.
- Fluent in English. Arabic is a strong plus.
- A portfolio that shows both traditional video production and AI-generated video work.
We care less about how many tools you can name and more about what you can actually create with them.

Practical Details
- Salary: $1,000–$1,200/month
- Location: Beirut, Lebanon
- First month: Office-based for onboarding and integration with the team
- After onboarding: Hybrid setup, typically a mix of office and remote days depending on shoots, workload, and team needs
- Equipment: Professional production equipment is provided for shoots
- AI tools: Paid AI accounts required for the role are covered by CMT
- You’ll need: Your own laptop for day-to-day work
