We are looking for a Territory Sales Specialist
The Territory Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with barbershops, salons, beauty businesses, and other relevant customers across the territory from Beirut to Batroun. The role focuses on visiting customers in the field, opening new accounts, presenting professional grooming products, generating orders, growing existing accounts, and building strong long-term customer relationships. We are looking for an experienced, professional, and results-driven salesperson with strong communication and negotiation skills and a solid understanding of field sales.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to barbershops, salons, and beauty supply stores across the assigned territory.
Prospect for new customers, introduce the product range, and develop new B2B accounts.
Present and demonstrate products clearly, explaining their features, benefits, applications, and value to customers.
Generate sales orders and consistently work toward assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
Manage and develop existing customer accounts to encourage repeat orders, retention, and long-term business relationships.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their business and clientele.
Handle customer questions, objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations professionally to support successful sales closures.
Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers regarding orders, products, customer needs, and new sales opportunities.
Maintain strong customer service standards and resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally.
Plan and organize daily customer visits, follow-ups, prospecting activities, and territory coverage efficiently.
Monitor customer feedback, competitor activity, and market opportunities and communicate relevant insights to management.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activity.
Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales, B2B sales, FMCG, beauty products, grooming products, or a related industry.
Previous experience selling to barbershops, salons, beauty supply stores, professional groomers, or similar businesses is strongly preferred.
Existing relationships or knowledge of the barbershop, salon, or professional grooming market in Lebanon is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to prospect for customers, open new accounts, generate orders, and develop long-term customer relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Strong customer-service skills with the ability to build trust and maintain repeat business.
Comfortable spending most of the working day visiting customers and developing accounts in the field.
Results-driven and comfortable working toward sales targets and performance KPIs.
Strong organizational, territory-management, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Professional, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
Must have a personal car and be able to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
Preferably based in Beirut, Keserwan, Jbeil, Batroun, or surrounding areas.
Available to work full-time from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
