We are looking for a Structural Data & ACC Verification Engineer to support one of our clients, a leading European telecom infrastructure operator. Seniority is open and will be set based on your experience and interview.
About the Role
Ensuring telecom site modeling data is accurate and consistent. That means verifying 3D structural models, validating site documentation, and working with engineering teams to resolve discrepancies before they turn into rework. Your work will directly protect delivery quality and help the structural engineering process run faster and cleaner.
Responsibilities
- Verify telecom site structural models in ACC for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with the source data
- Cross-check site surveys, drawings, photos, and equipment inventories against the model (towers, monopoles, rooftop structures, mounts, antennas, radio units, cabling)
- Log, track, and follow up on discrepancies with modelers and engineering stakeholders until they are resolved
- Report verification status, recurring errors, and turnaround times to the project team
- Support engineers in preparing structural calculation notes and contradictory review reports
- Propose improvements to verification checklists, templates, and workflows to cut errors at the source
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's is a plus)
- Candidates with a degree in a closely related field (construction, mechanical, telecom engineering) and strong structural exposure will also be considered
Experience
- 2+ years in structural engineering, BIM/model verification, or engineering quality control
- Hands-on experience with telecom infrastructure projects (tower companies, mobile operators, or engineering firms serving them) is a strong advantage
- Experience working within engineering verification or QA/QC workflows on high-volume site portfolios
Technical Skills
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (Autodesk Docs, Model Coordination, issue tracking) or BIM 360
- Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for model and drawing review
- Structural analysis software such as Robot Structural Analysis, tnxTower, or Dlubal RFEM/RSTAB
- Working knowledge of Eurocodes, in particular EN 1993-3-1 for towers and masts
- Ability to read structural drawings, survey reports, and point cloud or photo-based site data
- Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting
Languages
- Fluent French (required), as documentation and client communication are in French
What will make you successful
- A sharp eye for detail and the discipline to check every element, not just a sample
- Clear, direct communication with modelers and engineers when something does not match
- The ability to manage a steady flow of sites while keeping quality consistent
