Main Duties:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their preferences and budget. The role involves showcasing furniture collections, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve individual and team targets. Additionally, the role involves maintaining showroom appearance and assisting with inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a warm, professional shopping experience.
Understand customer needs and preferences through active listening and effective communication.
Offer expert advice on furniture styles, materials, functionality, and design trends.
Sales and Relationship Building
Present and promote furniture products and solutions to meet customer requirements.
Provide detailed product information, including dimensions, materials, and care instructions.
Close sales effectively while building long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Showroom Maintenance
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Arrange furniture displays to highlight key products and seasonal trends.
Update price tags, brochures, and promotional materials as needed.
Order Management
Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers regarding delivery timelines.
Coordinate with the Branch Manager to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Market and Product Knowledge
Stay updated on product offerings, new arrivals, and industry trends.
Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales team for strategy adjustments.
Customer Support
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Assist customers with after-sales services, including warranty claims and product care.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Consultant, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
