We're looking for someone who is organized, professional and great at multitasking!
YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:
- Manage appointments & meetings
- Handle emails & correspondence
- Answer & manage phone calls
- Handle administrative tasks & documents
- Coordinate with clients & contacts
- Follow up on tasks & appointments
- Assist with day-to-day business operations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Arabic
- Fluent in English
- French is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized & detail-oriented
- Professional & reliable
- Able to multitask and manage priorities
- Previous experience is a plus
