Role Description The Autocad Drafter at MAS Trading is a full-time, on-site role based in Lebanon. The person in this role will prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD, including architectural and shop drawings for various projects. Daily tasks include interpreting design concepts, reviewing specifications, coordinating with architects and engineers, and revising drawings based on feedback. The Autocad Drafter will ensure that all drawings meet project standards, comply with relevant codes, and are delivered within agreed timelines. The role also involves maintaining organized drawing files, supporting project documentation, and collaborating with project teams to resolve design and detail issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to produce accurate Technical Drawing and general Drawing work using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Experience creating detailed Shop Drawings for construction, fabrication, or installation purposes.
- Skills in developing and interpreting Architectural Drawings and basic knowledge of Architecture principles.
- Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and ability to follow design specifications and standards.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Revit, SketchUp) is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
