Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom transmission equipment, including wireless and microwave links. The role ensures network stability and service continuity through on-site interventions, preventive maintenance, and timely fault resolution.

- Perform on-site troubleshooting and corrective maintenance for transmission and connectivity issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance visits according to scheduled plans.
- Align and commission point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless links.
- Test and validate link performance after installation or repair.
- Coordinate with Network engineers and support teams during interventions.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and site reports.
- Follow safety procedures during rooftop and tower installations.
- Support emergency interventions and service restoration activities.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
- Experience in installation and maintenance of wireless and microwave telecom equipment.
- Familiarity with Cambium, VectaStar, Mimosa, and Huawei transmission solutions.
- Understanding of RF fundamentals and link alignment procedures.
- Ability to work on-site.
