Campaigns are planned earlier, agencies are managed effectively, deadlines are met and materials arrive accurate and ready for approval. Media opportunities are proactively identified, stakeholders understand what is required of them, and potential issues are anticipated early.
Ultimately, the role creates greater communications capacity while improving the consistency, quality and effectiveness of PR across the company's brands.
