Senior Graphic Designer - Multi-Brand Portfolio (Full-Time, Fully Remote)

We're hiring a senior graphic designer to join a fast-paced in-house marketing team working across a diverse portfolio of brands spanning iGaming, consumer goods, services, tech, F&B and more.
This role is for someone who thrives on volume, moves fast, adapts quickly, and knows how to translate shifting creative direction into clean, high-output work without losing quality.
What you'll do:
‚óè Produce A LOT of daily design output across all brand accounts: social assets, carousels, reels, stories, ad creatives
‚óè Work directly under the Director of Marketing and alongside the rest of the creative team
‚óè Juggle multiple brands and briefs in parallel without dropping the ball
‚óè Turn around revisions fast and cleanly
‚óè Edit short-form video (reels, TikToks, stories) with motion and sound
‚óè Contribute to monthly content calendars
‚óè Maintain organized asset libraries across brands
Who you are:
‚óè Minimum 4 years of experience as a graphic designer in a high-output environment
‚óè You ship fast, clean, and on brief
‚óè You thrive in a high-volume, high-pace environment and know how to self-organize when briefs are coming at you from every direction
‚óè You adapt without ego when creative direction shifts
‚óè You communicate clearly and keep stakeholders updated proactively
‚óè You play well with others, the team is tight and we need someone who adds to the energy.
‚óè You can switch between very different brand voices in the same day without dropping quality
‚óè Strong execution in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion tools (After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere)
‚óè Comfortable working remotely across time zones and with distributed teams
‚óè Fluent English
Nice to have:
‚óè Arabic and/or French
‚óè Experience designing for paid ads (Meta, Google, Reddit, X)
‚óè AI-integrated creative workfl ows
