About Tokyo Arcade
Tokyo Arcade is a gaming lounge located in the Furn el Chebbak, offering a vibrant, welcoming, and inclusive space for both competitive and casual gamers. The venue features 20 gaming PCs, PS5 stations, pool tables, arcade machines, seating areas, and a bar and snack menu.
Open daily from 2 PM to 3 AM, Tokyo Arcade is focused on creating a safe, enjoyable environment for players of all ages and skill levels, while building a strong gaming community around tournaments, events, and shared experiences. We are currently growing and rebuilding the venue into a go-to destination for gaming and esports in the region.
The team members joining us at this stage will play an important role in shaping how the gaming floor operates, how tournaments and community events are organised, and how the Tokyo Arcade community grows. We are looking for people who genuinely share a passion for gaming and can combine that passion with friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
The role: Gaming Lounge Associate (3 openings)
We are hiring three Gaming Floor Associates to run the day-to-day gaming experience at Tokyo Arcade. You are the face of the venue: you welcome players, keep the PCs and consoles running, help customers get the most out of their session, and help us build a community around tournaments and events.
This is a part-time, on-site role. We are looking for gamers, not just staff: people who play seriously, know the current scene (CS2, Valorant, FIFA/EA FC, Fortnite, League of Legends, Tekken, and more) and can talk games with customers at their level.

Must have
• You are a gamer
. You play regularly, you follow the scene, and you can hold a real conversation about games with customers
• Hands-on experience with PC gaming (Steam, Riot, Epic, Battle.net) and PlayStation
• Comfortable with basic PC troubleshooting: peripherals, drivers, launchers, network issues
• Reliable: available 4.5 hours/day, 6 days/week, including evenings and weekends
• Friendly, patient and clear with customers of all ages
• Arabic and English; French is a plus
Strong plus
• A high rank or competitive record in any major title (for example Global Elite/Premier in CS2, Immortal+ in Valorant, Diamond+ in League, Elite Division in EA FC)

• Experience at a gaming lounge, internet cafe, esports event or LAN tournament
• Experience streaming, casting, or creating gaming content
• Experience with a POS/register or bar service
