ELSCEDRES is a marketing agency expanding globally from Denmark, and we are currently searching for an Ads Specialist to join our data-driven and creative team in Lebanon.
We work with a wide range of clients both nationally and internationally, helping businesses grow through strategic advertising, smart audience targeting, and measurable results across digital platforms.

ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇꜱᴘᴏɴꜱɪʙɪʟɪᴛɪᴇꜱ
- Plan, create and manage performance-driven ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Execute ad setups including audience targeting, retargeting flows, boosting, budgeting, bidding strategies and creative testing.
- Monitor, optimize and scale running campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversions.
- Assist clients with boosting, campaign setup, and platform troubleshooting.
- Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and deliver insights with clear optimization recommendations.
- Work closely with the creative team to guide ad copy, creatives and variations that align with campaign goals.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience insights to improve campaign efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, platform updates, tracking tools and industry best practices.
ᴡʜᴀᴛ ʏᴏᴜ ʙʀɪɴɢ ᴛᴏ ᴛʜᴇ ᴛᴀʙʟᴇ
- Proven experience as an Ads Specialist, Performance Marketer or similar role in an agency or brand setting.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Solid understanding of tracking, pixels, events, UTM setup, and basic analytics (Google Analytics, Ads reporting).
- Ability to interpret data, identify patterns and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Familiarity with landing pages, funnels and conversion best practices.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and budgets while maintaining consistent performance.
- Strong communication skills, especially when explaining results or strategies to clients.
- Based in Lebanon and fluent in English and Arabic. Additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive, analytical mindset - and yes, also a good sense of humor!
