Core Responsibilities
Model Management: Build and audit architectural BIM models up to Level of Development (LOD) 400–500. Awareness of 4D and 5D.
Clash Detection: Run federated model coordination and resolve spatial conflicts with structural and MEP teams using Autodesk Navisworks.
Shop Drawings: Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, and finishing packages.
Standards Enforcement: Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and naming conventions.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and review technical deliverables.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Experience: 5 to 9 years of professional BIM and technical coordination experience.
Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, autocad, navisworks
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of local building codes, construction methodologies, and quantity take-offs.
