Role Description The Responsable Pédagogique is a full-time, on-site role based in Safi, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the school’s educational programs and teaching practices. This role includes designing and updating curricula, supporting educators in instructional planning, and ensuring that learning objectives are aligned with institutional standards. The Responsable Pédagogique will monitor learning outcomes, analyze feedback, and implement improvements to teaching methods and learning resources. Daily activities involve collaborating with teaching staff, organizing training sessions, managing learning processes, and ensuring effective use of educational tools and systems. The role also requires regular communication with school leadership and, when appropriate, with families to promote a consistent and high-quality learning experience.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Learning Management and Training & Development to oversee educational programs and support educator growth.
* Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and Instructional Design to structure courses, digital content, and assessments effectively.
* Excellent Communication abilities to collaborate with educators, leadership, learners, and families.
* Experience in academic or educational administration, preferably in a school or similar learning environment.
* Proven ability to analyze learning data and implement pedagogical improvements.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Management, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Capacity to work on-site in Safi and actively participate in school life and team meetings.
