We are seeking a creative, analytical, and AI-focused Prompt Engineer | AI Training Specialist to design effective prompts, improve AI model interactions, develop training content, and support the adoption of AI technologies across business teams. The ideal candidate will combine prompt engineering, AI evaluation, training design, data analysis, and communication skills to help teams use AI systems accurately, efficiently, and responsibly.
🎯 Key Responsibilities• Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models and generative AI applications.
• Develop structured prompt frameworks for different business functions, workflows, and use cases.
• Experiment with prompt techniques to improve AI response accuracy, relevance, consistency, and usefulness.
• Create reusable prompt templates, libraries, guidelines, and best-practice documentation.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs against predefined quality, accuracy, safety, and performance criteria.
• Conduct systematic testing of prompts across different scenarios, inputs, models, and use cases.
• Identify weaknesses such as hallucinations, ambiguity, inconsistency, irrelevant responses, and instruction-following issues.
• Develop evaluation criteria, test cases, benchmarks, and quality-assurance processes for AI outputs.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into effective AI workflows, prompt strategies, and training requirements.
• Design AI training programs for employees, teams, and business users with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Develop training materials, tutorials, workshops, demonstrations, exercises, and learning resources.
• Conduct practical AI training sessions covering prompt writing, AI tools, workflows, limitations, and responsible usage.
• Create role-specific prompt examples and AI use cases for departments such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Assess learner needs and identify opportunities to improve AI knowledge and adoption.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, usage data, and performance indicators.
• Provide coaching and support to employees using AI tools in their daily workflows.
• Develop guidelines for effective and responsible use of generative AI systems.
• Assist in establishing internal standards for prompt design, AI evaluation, documentation, and quality control.
• Monitor developments in LLMs, generative AI tools, multimodal AI, AI agents, and emerging prompting techniques.
• Research new AI tools and evaluate their potential business applications.
• Conduct experiments with different models, parameters, system instructions, context structures, and prompt configurations.
• Document experiments, results, lessons learned, and recommended improvements.
• Analyze AI usage patterns and feedback to identify opportunities for workflow optimization.
• Support AI product teams in improving user interactions and AI-powered features.
• Work with data and technical teams to improve AI training datasets, evaluation processes, and model performance where applicable.
• Promote continuous learning and responsible AI adoption across the organization.
✅ Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Education, Linguistics, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in prompt engineering, AI training, AI content development, machine learning, LLM applications, instructional design, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and large language model capabilities and limitations.
• Practical experience designing and optimizing prompts for AI systems.
• Familiarity with prompt techniques such as few-shot prompting, role-based prompting, structured prompting, chain-of-thought alternatives, and output-format control.
• Strong ability to analyze and evaluate AI-generated content.
• Experience developing AI evaluation criteria, test scenarios, benchmarks, or quality-assurance processes.
• Strong written communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience developing training programs, workshops, tutorials, or educational materials is preferred.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle differences in AI outputs.
• Familiarity with LLM platforms, AI APIs, AI assistants, or generative AI applications.
• Basic understanding of APIs, data structures, automation, or software-development workflows is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other programming languages is beneficial but not always required.
• Experience with AI evaluation, data annotation, model testing, or human-feedback processes is an advantage.
