The Project Manager is responsible for coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize the progress of the project

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience

15 years of total experience.
Relevant:
10 years of experience relevant to the job responsibilities and functions
Managerial:
7 years of experience in managerial and supervisory positions
Certificates Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications
Special Requirements: Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred
Type of work Primarily: Project-based work with involvement in daily operations, planning, and staff coordination. Some office work for documentation and reporting may be included.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
- Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements as per Operations and Maintenance schedules.
- Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submit project Operation QA/QC and ensure they adhere to quality standards.
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
- Facilitate change requests to ensure all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- 28 Obtain client acceptance of project Operation and Maintenance Standards.
- Manage client satisfaction during the project transition period.
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
