Production Supervisor:
Nabat Organic is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of certified organic foods and beverages serving the Lebanese and Middle East market. Our team is continuously growing and we are currently looking for ethical, enthusiastic, and hardworking production supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Position Summary:
Provide overall leadership for the production lines in the areas of safety, productivity, quality, operator training and engagement. Through subordinates, monitors and evaluates the production process and recommends methods to optimize product yields, equipment operation and process control while reducing waste. Engages all employees in continuous improvement and fosters a positive work environment while developing a culture of ownership and accountability.
Job duties
· Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
· Lead, train, and manage production staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
· Monitor production performance, KPIs, yields, and inventory requirements, and report operational results.
· Oversee equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and production line efficiency to minimize downtime.
· Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, hygiene, and product traceability standards.
· Coordinate with warehouse and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Position competency requirements:
1- 5+ Years of proven experience with deep understanding of industrial production/manufacturing methods (food manufacturing preferred).
2-Strong leadership and team management skills.
3-Computer skills: must be Proficient in MS Office (word, excel) and ERP software.
4-Outstanding planning and organization skills.
5-Excellent problem-solving skills.
6-Attention to Detail.
7-Bachelor degree in Electronics &/or Mechanics, Food Science & Technology, Biology or any related field.
