Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to support, configure, and enhance Oracle HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules with technical capabilities for customization, integrations, and reporting. Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle HCM applications
- Develop and support reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components)
- Perform system configurations, setups, and testing (unit, system, and UAT support)
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions
- Support data migration, integrations, and system enhancements
- Prepare functional and technical documentation
- Assist in post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant (EBS) in a techno-functional role
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules (such as Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, or related modules)
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM architecture and business processes
- Working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, and user support
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred / Plus Skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Exposure to integrations, APIs, or middleware tools
- Prior experience working in the Middle East or GCC region
- Oracle HCM certification(s)
