AdvisorOne provides a CRM solution tailored for financial advisors, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to help manage and grow their book of business. The platform streamlines operations by automating client review reminders, supporting scalable workflows, and enabling API integrations for evolving business needs. AdvisorOne focuses on small and medium-sized independent advisory teams, implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Automate as a core CRM within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Your Mission
- Project Success: Serve as the go-to expert for projects, guiding stakeholders through the design, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Build & Innovate: Develop tailored applications with Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate, helping achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate & Translate: Work closely with other teams to understand business goals and turn them into actionable, technical blueprints.
- Own the Process: Take projects from concept to launch—overseeing architecture, development, testing, and ongoing refinement.
- Problem-Solve: Troubleshoot system issues, recommend improvements, and ensure users always have the best tools for success.
- Unlock Insights: Create compelling reports and dashboards in Power BI to help users make data-driven decisions.
- Strengthen Relationships: Maintain strong, ongoing partnerships through regular check-ins and proactive communication.
- Team Up: Work hand-in-hand with developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver seamless solutions.
- Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest Microsoft tech, trends, and best practices.
What You Bring
- Fluent in French, English and Arabic.
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Tech Savvy: Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, with hands-on experience in customization and integration.
- Tool Mastery: Proven skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Coding Skills: Strong knowledge of C# and JavaScript.
- User-Facing Experience: A background in solutions consulting, user success, or software development is ideal.
- Communication: The ability to break down complex tech for any audience.
- Organization: Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills—especially in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Extra Credit: Familiarity with Azure, Office 365 and cybersecurity.
