A leading organization in Qatar is seeking an experienced Manager – Digital Workplace Services to lead the delivery of end-user technology services, workplace support operations, digital workplace solutions, and service excellence initiatives across the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees through the effective management of IT support services, endpoint technologies, device lifecycle management, service delivery processes, and stakeholder engagement.
This role will also oversee vendor relationships, technology standards, continuous improvement initiatives, and the implementation of modern workplace solutions that enhance productivity and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-user technology support and digital workplace operations.
- Oversee desktop, laptop, mobile device, printing, collaboration, and workplace technology services.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery through effective incident, request, and problem management processes.
- Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including deployment, asset management, maintenance, and retirement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop and monitor service performance metrics, KPIs, and user satisfaction levels.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Support technology projects, workplace transformation initiatives, and implementation of new tools and services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a customer-centric culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT support, digital workplace services, end-user computing, or IT service delivery.
- Proven leadership experience managing IT support or workplace technology teams.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, ITSM processes, and enterprise support environments.
- Experience managing IT assets, service desk operations, system deployments, and vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and service management frameworks.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA, CCNA, or equivalent are advantageous.
