Role Description The Host/Hostess role at Spectrum Hospitality Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Batroun. In this role, you will warmly welcome guests, manage waitlists, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and efficient flow in the dining area. You will handle reservations and inquiries, both in person and over the phone, using professional etiquette and clear communication. Daily tasks include maintaining an organized host stand, supporting the service team with guest needs, and providing accurate information about menus, specials, and the restaurant concept. You will uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all guest-facing areas and consistently deliver attentive, courteous customer service.

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess reservation management skills, including organizing bookings, managing waitlists, and coordinating table assignments.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident communication skills for in-person interactions and coordination with the service team.
- Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, focusing on guest satisfaction, conflict resolution, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Candidates should possess professional phone etiquette skills for answering calls, handling inquiries, and confirming reservations.
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant front-of-house roles is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic or French) are an advantage.
