Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Estimation & Bidding Manager to lead tendering, pricing, and business development activities, with a primary focus on Facilities Management. The role will manage the full bidding cycle, develop competitive and profitable proposals, and support business growth across government and private-sector opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full tender and bidding cycle through Etimad and other channels.
- Review RFPs, BOQs, scopes of work, and technical requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and detailed pricing models.
- Analyze project costs, profitability, and pricing risks across FM, Civil, Fit-Out, and MEP scopes.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
- Build relationships with government entities, developers, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage the opportunity pipeline and follow up on bids through contract award.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in estimation, tendering, and pricing within contracting or Facilities Management in Saudi Arabia.
- Hands-on Etimad experience is a must.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi government tenders and procurement requirements.
- Proven experience in pricing, cost analysis, and business development.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- PMP, RICS, CFM/FMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
