This role will focus on creating meaningful employee programs, promoting company values, gathering employee feedback, and developing initiatives that encourage collaboration, motivation, inclusion, and long-term employee retention.
🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute employee engagement strategies that support organizational goals and company values.
• Create programs that improve employee satisfaction, motivation, participation, and sense of belonging.
• Plan employee activities, team-building programs, cultural events, recognition initiatives, and internal campaigns.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through meaningful employee experiences and communication initiatives.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, interviews, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
• Analyze employee feedback and engagement results to identify workplace trends and areas for improvement.
• Translate employee feedback into practical action plans and measurable engagement initiatives.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to address workplace culture and employee experience challenges.
• Support the development and communication of organizational values, behaviors, and culture principles.
• Strengthen onboarding experiences by introducing new employees to company culture, values, and workplace practices.
• Coordinate employee recognition, appreciation, milestone, and reward programs.
• Develop internal communication materials including newsletters, announcements, campaigns, presentations, and employee updates.
• Support employee wellbeing, inclusion, collaboration, and workplace satisfaction initiatives.
• Organize town halls, employee forums, workshops, cultural sessions, and company-wide engagement activities.
• Work with managers to improve team communication, employee relationships, and workplace morale.
• Identify cultural barriers that may affect employee productivity, engagement, collaboration, or retention.
• Recommend initiatives to improve employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Monitor engagement metrics, participation rates, employee sentiment, and program effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations highlighting engagement performance and culture initiatives.
• Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of employee engagement programs.
• Research emerging trends in workplace culture, employee experience, recognition, wellbeing, and engagement.
• Benchmark internal practices against relevant industry and workplace-culture standards.
• Coordinate external suppliers and service providers supporting employee events and engagement programs.
• Manage engagement projects, budgets, schedules, communications, and stakeholder expectations.
• Support organizational change initiatives by developing employee-focused communication and engagement plans.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality when handling employee feedback and sensitive workplace matters.
• Continuously improve engagement programs based on employee feedback, business requirements, and performance data.
✅ Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in employee engagement, employee experience, workplace culture, HR, organizational development, or internal communications.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and organizational culture development.
• Proven ability to design and deliver employee programs and workplace initiatives.
• Experience managing employee surveys and interpreting engagement results.
• Strong analytical ability with the capability to turn employee data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking abilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop attractive and meaningful employee activities.
• Strong project coordination and event-management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, HR teams, and senior leadership.
• Experience preparing internal communications and employee-facing content.
• Familiarity with HRIS, employee engagement platforms, survey systems, or collaboration tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of employee recognition, wellbeing, inclusion, retention, and workplace experience practices.
• Strong listening, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle employee feedback professionally and confidentially.
