üìä ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES‚úÖ Develop and execute the organization‚Äôs data and analytics strategy in alignment with business objectives.
‚úÖ Lead data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting functions across the organization.
‚úÖ Translate complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
‚úÖ Oversee the development of dashboards, performance reports, and executive analytics solutions.
‚úÖ Establish data governance frameworks, quality standards, and data management policies.
‚úÖ Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams of data analysts, BI specialists, and data professionals.
‚úÖ Collaborate with senior executives and department heads to identify business opportunities through data.
‚úÖ Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and predictive modeling where appropriate.
‚úÖ Monitor key business metrics and establish KPIs to measure organizational performance.
‚úÖ Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
‚úÖ Evaluate analytics platforms, technologies, and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
‚úÖ Present strategic findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
üéØ QUALIFICATIONS‚úîÔ∏è Bachelor‚Äôs degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; a master‚Äôs degree is preferred.
✔️ 8–12+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data management.
✔️ Proven experience leading data or analytics teams at a senior level.
✔️ Strong knowledge of data strategy, governance, and analytical methodologies.
✔️ Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau and advanced SQL.
✔️ Understanding of cloud data platforms, data warehousing, and modern analytics architectures.
✔️ Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect data insights with business outcomes.
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔️ Experience with AI-driven analytics or predictive modeling is an advantage.
