Within the CMA CGM cybersecurity department, we are actively seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective deployment of our IAM solution across our group, in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for our business teams, gathering and analyzing their needs to propose tailored IAM solutions.
• Design and document the functional specifications of the IAM solution to be implemented, with a strong focus on providing an exceptional user experience.
• Take into account and consolidate feedback from various stakeholders, including architects, product owners, technical and operational teams.
• Oversee and support the implementation of the solution, working closely with all involved stakeholders to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Plan and execute the testing phases (functional tests, UAT where applicable) to ensure the reliability and performance of the IAM solution.
• Follow and support the deployment of the solution into Production, in compliance with CMA CGM security standards and procedures.
• Organize and contribute to the hypercare phase, ensuring a smooth transfer of the project to operational teams and optimal service continuity.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing related to IAM processes and solutions.
Skills
• Demonstrate strong adaptability and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders (business, IT, cybersecurity, operations).
• Have solid experience in project management, ideally in the field of cybersecurity or IAM.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to formalize needs and explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Be able to challenge stakeholders to find the best compromise between security, user experience and operational efficiency of the IAM solution.
• Be fluent in English, which is our working language. French is a strong plus.
• Be a team player, while demonstrating autonomy, rigor and initiative in your day-to-day work.
• Experience in SailPoint or an equivalent IAM solution.
• JIRA and Confluence will be used for project management, backlog tracking and documentation.
