Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the technology and AI sector. A fast-scaling technology business is seeking a CHRO to build a high-performance people strategy supporting engineering growth, leadership capability, talent density and organisational scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead people strategy across product, engineering, GTM and support functions.
- Build leadership succession, employer brand and performance frameworks.
- Support rapid growth, talent retention and organisation design.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Requirements
- Senior HR leadership in technology, SaaS, digital or innovation-led businesses.
- Strong experience with scaling talent-dense organisations.
- Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.
- Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
- GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
