Responsibilities
● Develop the assigned country, territory or region by converting leads into clients and building
relationships with new and existing partners.
● Proactively identify and engage trading professionals across social media, professional networks,
forums, blogs and online communities.
● Build relationships with potential clients, Affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs), Money Managers and other partners.
● Identify effective local marketing and business development channels to promote FP Trading and its products.
● Support the onboarding of trading clients and partners, working closely with Customer Support to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
● Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and partners to support long-term growth.
● Monitor the local market and identify new business opportunities, partnerships and trends.
Candidate Profile
● 1+ years of experience in the Forex, CFD or online trading industry.
● 1+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships or Account Management.
● Strong understanding of the Moroccan trading market and local client landscape.
● Confident in generating new business and developing relationships with clients and partners.
● Fluent in English and Arabic, including relevant local Moroccan dialects.
● Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
● Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
