We are looking for a professional, stylish, and customer-focused Boutique Manager to oversee daily boutique operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The successful candidate will manage store activities, support sales performance, maintain high presentation standards, and build strong relationships with customers while ensuring the boutique operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- * Oversee and coordinate daily boutique operations
- Lead, supervise, and motivate boutique staff to achieve sales targets
- Provide personalized customer service and maintain high service standards
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to brand guidelines
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the boutique
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, product receiving, and stock transfers
- Ensure accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate staff schedules, daily assignments, and shift arrangements
- Train and guide team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure all sales transactions, cash handling, and reporting procedures are followed
- Support promotional campaigns, new product launches, and special events
- Monitor customer preferences, product trends, and market developments
- Prepare sales reports and provide operational updates to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and store standards
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- * Fresh graduates and candidates without prior management experience are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in boutique retail, fashion, luxury goods, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not required
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle products, luxury retail, or boutique shopping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance with a positive and confident attitude
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Good leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills
