BIM Coordinator – Interior Design
Dubai | Up to AED 14,000 per month
We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join an established interior design studio in Dubai, supporting the delivery and coordination of projects across the studio.
The business works across commercial offices, residential developments, private residential, hospitality, retail and F&B, with a particularly strong portfolio across workplace and residential projects.
You will work closely with the design and technical teams to ensure models, drawings and consultant information are coordinated accurately throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Revit/BIM models across interior design projects
- Support project teams with BIM setup, standards and workflows
- Coordinate interior design models with architectural, MEP and other consultant information
- Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues
- Maintain model accuracy and drawing consistency
- Support the production of technical drawing packages
- Ensure BIM standards and project protocols are followed
- Assist design teams with Revit and BIM-related technical issues
- Coordinate project information across internal and external teams
Requirements
- Previous BIM/Revit experience within interior design or architecture
- Strong Revit capability
- Good understanding of technical drawings and project coordination
- Experience coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage multiple project requirements
- Good communication skills
