Role Description The Barista and Retail Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Shuwaikh. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to quality standards, handling food preparation related to the beverage and snack menu, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The Barista and Retail Sales team member will greet customers, take orders, process payments, and offer product recommendations while ensuring a welcoming and efficient customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing stock levels, restocking shelves, assisting with displays and merchandising, and supporting overall shop operations. The role also requires collaborating with colleagues, following company policies and hygiene standards, and contributing to a positive, service-oriented atmosphere.

* Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage with customers respectfully and professionally.
* Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to take orders accurately, explain products clearly, and coordinate with team members.
* Candidates should possess Barista skills, including preparing coffee and tea beverages, operating equipment, and following recipes and presentation standards.
* Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills to handle ingredients safely, follow hygiene guidelines, and support snack or light food offerings.
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or café environments is beneficial.
* Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and handle a fast-paced environment is preferred.
* Basic numeracy skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems are an advantage.
