Role Description This is a full-time, on-site مهندس معماري (Architect Engineer) role based in Jeddah. The Architect Engineer will be responsible for developing architectural designs and drawings for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with engineering, construction, and project management teams, reviewing design proposals, preparing technical documentation, and participating in site visits to monitor implementation quality. The role also involves collaborating with external consultants, preparing design presentations for internal and external stakeholders, and supporting value engineering and sustainability initiatives.
