Role Description The UI/UX Lead is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end design process, from gathering requirements and understanding user needs to creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile products. The UI/UX Lead will oversee the creation of mockups and interactive prototypes, ensuring visual consistency and a seamless user experience across all platforms. Daily tasks include collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, conducting usability reviews, refining designs based on feedback and data, and maintaining design systems and guidelines. The role also involves mentoring junior designers, advocating for user-centered design practices, and ensuring that design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
