Role Description The Technician is a full-time, on-site role based at L’Institut Spécialisé de Technologie Appliquée in Casablanca. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing technical equipment and systems used in training workshops and classrooms. The Technician will perform routine inspections, diagnose technical issues, and implement preventive maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation of all tools and machinery. Daily tasks include coordinating with instructors to prepare equipment for practical sessions, managing basic inventory of spare parts and materials, and documenting interventions and maintenance activities. The Technician may also support the setup of new devices, assist in technical demonstrations, and collaborate on improving workshop procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Solid technical skills in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair in applied technology or related fields.
* Ability to conduct diagnostics, interpret basic technical documentation, and follow established safety and maintenance procedures.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records of interventions.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with instructors, learners, and administrative staff.
* Attention to detail and commitment to health, safety, and quality standards in workshop and classroom environments.
* Relevant technical diploma or certification in applied technology, electronics, mechanics, or a closely related discipline.
