Role Description The Insurance Agent Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut, responsible for advising clients on insurance products and helping them choose suitable coverage. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective and existing clients, assessing their needs, explaining policy options, and preparing personalized insurance proposals. The role involves managing client portfolios, processing applications, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring timely renewals and follow-ups. The Insurance Agent Advisor also handles customer inquiries, resolves issues, maintains accurate records, and supports sales targets through networking and lead generation activities.
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with a focus on advising clients and closing policies responsibly.
- Experience or familiarity with Insurance Brokerage practices, including comparing products and negotiating suitable terms for clients.
- Foundational knowledge in Finance to explain premiums, coverage limits, risk, and basic financial implications of insurance decisions.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication in person and over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client cases, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort using office software and digital tools for client management, documentation, and reporting.
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
