Trust CI-Consultancy & Investment is looking for a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a field sales role for someone who enjoys meeting business owners, generating new opportunities, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who is comfortable with prospecting, building relationships, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily field visits to SMEs, restaurants, cafes, clinics, shops, and offices
• Identify decision-makers, understand client needs, and present suitable solutions
• Generate new business opportunities through direct prospecting, referrals, and networking
• Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close contracts
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales activity tracking
Services you will represent:
‚úî Payroll & HR outsourcing solutions
‚úî ISO certification projects
‚úî Tax & audit advisory services
‚úî Digital solutions for businesses
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B services, insurance, banking, telecom, software, or FMCG
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is highly preferred
• Proven ability to approach new clients, handle rejection, and close deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable and confident when dealing with business owners and decision-makers
• Fluent Arabic with working English
• Own transportation is a strong advantage
• Willingness and ability to cover different regions across Lebanon, including Beirut (East & West), Tripoli, Saida, South Lebanon, and surrounding areas
