We’re expanding our Dealing team at Kudotrade and are looking for a Junior Dealer to join us.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in financial markets and Forex/CFD trading who is looking to develop their career within a hands-on dealing environment.
Working alongside our experienced Dealing team, you’ll gain exposure to trading operations, market and risk monitoring, trade execution, liquidity and platform management, while continuing to build your technical and analytical skills.
We’re looking for someone analytical, detail-oriented and eager to learn, with a good understanding of financial markets and trading platforms.
Your Role:
- Assist in monitoring client trading activity, market exposure, trade flow and overall risk levels.
- Support trade execution and order management through the company’s trading platforms, including MT5.
- Help ensure pricing, execution and trade reconciliation processes are accurate and run smoothly.
- Assist in managing liquidity provider relationships and monitoring price feeds.
- Conduct basic risk analysis and identify unusual trading patterns, potentially abusive trading activity or system anomalies, escalating findings to senior dealers where appropriate.
- Assist the Customer Support team with trading-related client enquiries, providing accurate information regarding trades, orders and trading platform functionality.
- Support the implementation of risk management strategies, including hedging activities where required and under appropriate supervision.
- Assist in configuring, maintaining and updating trading platform settings under the supervision of senior dealers.
- Assist in ensuring that trading and execution activities comply with applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
- Assist with daily trade monitoring, reconciliation and reporting, including the preparation of reports relating to trading performance, risk exposure and trade flow analysis.
- Support the review of client trading accounts prior to withdrawal approval, identifying and escalating any risk, compliance or trading-related concerns.
- Provide operational and analytical support to senior dealers as required.
- Assist in providing trading-related training and guidance to the Customer Support team, while participating in ongoing training and development to strengthen your own technical and analytical skills.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a dealing/trading role within a Forex brokerage.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and risk management principles.
- Eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced trading environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under supervision.
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness and ability to work on a rotating shift schedule: 08:00–17:00 and 17:00–02:00.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
