Eurisko is looking for an AI Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
This role combines technical leadership with active engineering contribution. You will guide the team, shape architecture decisions, and work closely with product and engineering stakeholders to turn business requirements into secure, scalable AI applications.
What you’ll do
- Own AI solution architecture and technical delivery, from discovery and prototyping through deployment and ongoing improvement.
- Design LLM applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, AI agents, and integrations with enterprise data and business systems.
- Evaluate and select models, frameworks, and implementation approaches based on quality, security, latency, scalability, and cost.
- Lead and mentor AI engineers, contribute to development, conduct code reviews, and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Establish standards for AI evaluation, automated testing, monitoring, data privacy, and safeguards against unreliable or unsafe outputs.
- Collaborate with product owners, backend engineers, data engineers, QA, and DevOps to deliver complete solutions.
- Drive technical planning, estimation, and delivery within Agile/Scrum teams, managing dependencies and technical risks.
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in software or AI engineering, with a proven record of leading engineers and delivering solutions in production.
- Practical experience building LLM and GenAI applications, including prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and model integration.
- Strong Python skills and experience designing APIs, backend services, and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience assessing AI output quality, diagnosing hallucinations and retrieval issues, and improving reliability and performance.
- Understanding of secure AI development, including access controls, sensitive data handling, and prompt injection risks.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum, including sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and iterative delivery.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions, guide the team, and align with business stakeholders.

- Experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
