This is not a job opening. There is no salary, no 9-to-5, no manager. This is a co-founder search. Compensation is meaningful founding equity on a standard vesting schedule; you earn it by building.
The company
An AI startup where the product MVP is set, early users are active, and the company is backed by an accelerator program. What's missing is a technical partner who owns engineering end-to-end.
The role
You take full ownership of architecture, infrastructure, and the AI systems at the core of the product. In the early months, you are the engineering team. Later, you build and lead it.
Requirements
AI/ML engineering as your foundation, production experience with LLM applications, retrieval systems, data pipelines, and evaluation. Not prompt experimentation. Full-stack capability. You can take something from an empty repository to a live product without waiting for anyone. Founder mindset. Comfortable with ambiguity, direct disagreement, and unstructured risk.
Based in Beirut or able to work hybrid from Beirut.
Preferred
Previous startup experience. A failed startup counts for more than a comfortable one.
