From our production base in Beirut’s Industrial City, we work closely with local workshops, machinists, fabricators, and craftspeople to develop and manufacture custom projects for clients across Europe and the Middle East.
Our work sits between design, engineering, machining, fabrication, and craftsmanship, with a strong focus on quality, detail, experimentation, and technical execution.
The Role
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Manufacturing / Production Engineer who will take an active role in turning designs into manufacturable, high-quality products.
The role includes:
- Planning and coordinating production for metalworks.
- Translating design concepts and technical drawings into practical manufacturing processes.
- Preparing production drawings, fabrication files, and laser-cutting files.
- Coordinating CNC machining, turning, laser cutting, fabrication, assembly, finishing, and electrical integration.
- Working directly with internal technicians, machinists, craftspeople, suppliers, and external workshops.
- Monitoring production quality, tolerances, materials, and finishing standards.
- Planning production schedules, resources, and priorities across multiple projects.
- Troubleshooting manufacturing and assembly issues directly on the shop floor.
- Developing and improving manufacturing methods, jigs, fixtures, workflows, and production documentation.
- Supporting prototyping, testing, and the industrialization of new products.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machining, fabrication, and workshop operations.
- Practical experience working with metals and production processes such as CNC machining, turning, milling, laser cutting, sheet metal, welding, assembly, and finishing.
- Solid mechanical engineering knowledge related to product realization, materials, tolerances, manufacturing methods, and technical problem-solving.
- Ability to read and produce detailed technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to prepare production and fabrication files.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor is A MUST.
- Strong organizational and production-planning skills.
- Ability to work closely with designers while also communicating effectively with technicians and craftspeople on the shop floor.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to manufacturing quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any equivalent relevant technical degree.
- Previous experience in lighting is a plus.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable moving between the computer, engineering drawings, suppliers, workshops, and the production floor — someone who enjoys solving real manufacturing problems and turning ambitious designs into well-made products.
