Growth Marketer & Media Buyer, High-Ticket Funnels (Remote, Lebanon)
SkySail Strategies | Applied Quantitative Research and Investments Remote, Lebanon · Full-time, long-term · $3,000 to $4,000 USD monthly base plus performance compensation (a share of gross revenue), $10,000+ USD per month for strong performers
About SkySailSkySail Strategies is a quantitative research and investment firm. We build AI-driven algorithmic strategies for individual investors and institutional partners, and our results are verified by an independent third party. Our clients are serious investors making five-figure decisions. Most of them are already comparing us against other firms, so they arrive skeptical and well informed.
The roleWe're hiring a senior-level growth marketer to own the full path from first ad to booked call. That covers the creative, the copy, the pages, the follow-up sequences, and the automations that connect them. The industry usually calls this a media buyer. Buying matters, but here it's maybe a fifth of the job. Most of the results come from the creative, the offer, and what happens after the click.
You'll lead marketing strategy, concepts and creative, working directly with our Managing Director, who brings plenty of ideas and direction of his own. You'll have real creative freedom: we want your concepts, your angles and your calls on what to test next, not someone who only executes a brief. You'll also support a related investor-education brand, with SkySail as the priority.
This is not an entry-level role or a "run the ads account" role. We're looking for someone who has already built profitable high-ticket funnels and can show us exactly how.
This is also not a gig or a short-term project. It's a dedicated, long-term position on our core team. We want a serious player who wants to build something with us, take on more as we grow, and grow their own role and earnings along with the company.
What we mean by a strong marketing mindThis is the one thing we won't compromise on. You'll shape campaigns from the big idea down to the smallest detail, and you'll make hundreds of persuasion decisions a week along the way. Each one matters. We expect you to treat every asset, down to a single headline, as its own small strategy:
- Who is this for, and how aware are they? You write differently for someone who doesn't know they have the problem than for someone choosing between three providers. You also understand how sophisticated the market is and what claims it has already heard too many times.
- What do they believe now, and what has to change? You know an ad can only move a belief so far, and you put each part of the persuasion where it belongs: in the ad, the page, the nurture sequence, or the sales call.
- Is the value worth the ask? Every step asks for something: a click, an email, an hour on a call. You design offers and lead magnets so the value clearly pays for what you're asking.
- Does the whole path make one argument? The ad, page, emails and confirmation page should build on each other, not each start from scratch.
What you'll own
1. Strategy, concepts and angles
- Develop campaign strategy and big ideas, and turn them into briefs: audience, awareness level, the belief to shift, angles, offer, and the main KPI.
- Generate genuinely different angles, not rewordings of one idea, and keep an angle bank informed by data.
- Research competitor ads and positioning, and prioritize tests by expected value.
2. Creative and copy
- Write ads, headlines, hooks, scripts (UGC style, founder or expert to camera, VSL) and on-image callouts.
- Produce static and video creative at volume with the latest AI tools (Higgsfield-class video, image generation, AI voice, AI-assisted editing), without a cheap "AI look."
- Iterate element by element (image, hook, copy, callout, angle) and label creative cleanly so results can be analyzed.
3. Funnels and pages
- Design and build landing pages, lead magnets (guides, calculators, checklists, webinars), and booking, VSL and confirmation pages using AI tools such as Claude or Cursor, or our CRM's page builder.
- Connect forms and tracking to the CRM yourself.
- Run conversion tests and QA every launch on mobile, speed, links, UTMs and events.
4. Nurture and show rate
- Speed to lead: instant, multi-channel follow-up the moment a lead comes in.
- Pre-call sequences that build belief and raise show rate.
- No-show and unbooked recovery, plus long-term nurture for leads who aren't ready yet.
- Email and SMS copy in a distinctive brand voice, with deliverability basics handled.
- Lead context passed cleanly to our sales team before every call.
5. Funnel architecture and automation
- Map complete funnel paths from ad to closed client, including the edge cases: no-shows, unqualified leads, re-engagement.
- Know which funnel type fits which audience and offer (lead magnet, webinar, VSL, application, quiz, direct to call), and why.
- Build the CRM workflows, pipelines, lead stages and integrations behind it, and document them so others can maintain them.
6. Paid media
- Run Meta as the primary channel: campaign structure, testing, disciplined kill and scale calls (including at low spend), and budget pacing.
- Set up the pixel and Conversions API so platforms optimize for qualified, showed calls rather than cheap leads.
- Keep ad accounts healthy under financial-services ad policies.
- Expand into Google Search and YouTube.
7. Measurement and reporting
- Track the full funnel: spend, cost per lead, cost per booked call, qualified rate, show rate, close rate, and cost per client, by campaign and brand.
- Keep attribution and UTMs consistent from source to closed client.
- Send daily and weekly reports with proposed decisions, not just numbers.
Your first 90 days Days 1 to 30: Hit the ground running. Pitch concepts in your first days, then launch complete funnels and start testing right away: ads, a value offer, nurture and a show-rate sequence, with down-funnel events flowing back to Meta. Fast creative testing across distinct angles starts immediately.
* Days 31 to 60: Drive cost per booked call clearly down. Get no-show recovery and long-term nurture running. Run a steady weekly creative learning loop.
* Days 61 to 90:* Scale what's working, test a second funnel type, launch Google Search, and document a playbook of what works for each brand.
What you need Proven high-ticket results. You've built and run a profitable, call-based funnel for an offer in the thousands of dollars or more, and you know its numbers cold at every stage.
* A portfolio you made yourself. Live or recent ads, copy, pages and sequences. Work you can explain line by line, not work you managed.
* Elite creative and copy ability. Your headlines, hooks and scripts stand out in a crowded, skeptical market.
* AI-native production. You produce creative, pages and assets at high speed with current AI tools. You can design and ship a landing page with AI-assisted building and wire it to a CRM. You don't need to be an engineer, but you're comfortable working with code AI generates.
* Funnel and automation depth. Hands-on experience designing and building CRM workflows, pipelines and nurture sequences (GoHighLevel or similar).
* Solid Meta Ads skills. Including tracking, the Conversions API, and optimizing for down-funnel events.
* Full-funnel thinking. You measure success in booked, qualified, showed calls and closed clients, not clicks and CPMs.
* Very high agency. You see what needs to happen and do it without being chased. You communicate clearly and fast.
* Fluent written and spoken English.*
Strong plus
- * High-ticket experience in trading, investing, funds, fundraising or business-opportunity offers.
- A track record of keeping ad accounts healthy in finance or other closely reviewed niches.
- Profitable Google Search and YouTube campaigns.
- Experience marketing two brands at once.
This probably isn't for you if
- * Your experience is mostly low-ticket ecommerce or lead generation with no sales calls involved.
- You mainly manage ad accounts, and creative, pages and follow-up have been someone else's job.
- You need detailed direction on every task.
- You report platform metrics but don't know what happened to those leads after they came in.
How we work
- * Remote, full-time, long-term position on our core team, open to candidates based in Lebanon.
- At least [4] hours of daily overlap with US Eastern business hours.
- Compensation: a monthly base salary of $3,000 to $4,000 USD, plus performance compensation paid as a percentage share of gross revenue.
- Performance compensation is paid monthly on the revenue you help bring in, starting from day one. They're not tied to distant milestones. A solid performer can reach $7,000+ USD in total monthly pay within the first 60 days, and strong performers can earn $10,000+ USD per month.
- Real creative freedom, direct access to the decision maker, fast feedback, and real room to grow for someone who's good.
How to applyOur process has three steps. We'll verify claims along the way, including a live screen-share of ad accounts and CRM pipelines you've run.
Step 1. Apply on our website. Prepare these two things, then submit them at https://www.skysailstrategies.com/careers/growth-marketer/
- A 2 to 3 minute video (Loom or similar). First, introduce yourself and tell us why you're interested in this position. Then pick one high-ticket funnel you built and give us a quick walkthrough: who it was for, what they believed before they saw your ad, what you changed, and the results.
- Links to three pieces of work you made yourself: ads, pages or funnels. A live page, an ad library link or a shared folder all work.
Make sure every link is viewable by anyone who has it. We only review applications submitted through the form, and applications without the video won't move forward.
