Intern Social Media Content Creator
We’re looking for someone creative, curious, and online enough to understand what actually makes people stop scrolling.
raW is an anonymous social discovery platform built around honest questions, conversations, and communities.
We’re still early, which means this isn’t a role where you’re handed a finished brand playbook and told exactly what to post.
You’ll help shape it.
What You’ll Be Doing
- * Creating short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Turning raW’s questions, conversations, ideas, and communities into content people actually want to watch or share
- Creating Reels, simple animations, carousels, graphics, and social posts
- Finding trends, formats, sounds, hooks, and content ideas that fit raW without making the brand feel generic
- Helping develop creative concepts around topics like curiosity, connection, loneliness, friendship, psychology, anonymity, opinions, and human behaviour
- Writing simple captions, hooks, and on-screen text
- Repurposing existing raW content into different formats
- Testing different styles and learning from what performs
- Working closely with the founding team on content ideas and campaigns
What I’m Really Looking ForYou don’t need years of experience.
You need taste.
You need to understand social media.
You need to be able to look at something and think:
“I can make this more interesting.”
You should be someone who naturally saves Reels, notices new formats, understands why certain videos work, and enjoys experimenting creatively.
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Figma, or similar is useful.
More importantly, you should be willing to learn fast and actually create.
Important Before ApplyingOnly apply if you are willing to commit to a three-month unpaid internship contract.
This position is unpaid for the full initial three-month period.
The idea is to work together, see what you can create, how you work with the team, and whether there is a strong fit on both sides.
If the three months go well, we can then discuss what comes next, including the possibility of continuing with raW in a larger or paid capacity.
Nothing beyond the initial three-month internship is guaranteed and would be discussed separately based on performance, fit, and where raW is at that stage.
You’ll Probably Fit If You AreCreative.
Curious.
Reliable.
Fast-moving.
Comfortable experimenting.
Not afraid to suggest something completely different.
And genuinely interested in building something from an early stage.
If that sounds like you, apply and show us what you’ve made.
Perfect work isn’t required.
Good ideas are.
