Role Description The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting Fidelity Insurance products to individual and corporate clients, identifying customer needs, and recommending suitable coverage solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting new clients, following up on leads, conducting in-person and virtual consultations, preparing quotations, and supporting clients through the application and claims processes. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing policyholders, delivering ongoing service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jal El Dib, with a combination of on-site meetings and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Agent will be expected to participate in training sessions, stay updated on product offerings, and meet sales targets in line with the company’s standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build trust, and provide clear, accurate information.
* Candidates should possess proven Sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
* Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance products and concepts, with the ability to explain coverage options and support clients through policy and claims procedures.
* Candidates should possess Training and learning agility, with a willingness to participate in ongoing product and compliance training and apply new knowledge quickly.
* Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency with basic office and CRM software, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A prior background in insurance or financial services, and experience in a sales or advisory role, is an advantage.
* A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required when compensated by strong experience.
