We’re looking for someone who understands that content is not just about looking good — it needs to get attention, generate organic reach, and ultimately drive sales.

🧠Experience
2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or a similar role.
💰 Salary
$700 – $1,000/month, depending on experience and capabilities.
📅 Working Days
Monday – Friday
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop creative and engaging content ideas for different brands and industries.
Create content designed to generate organic views, reach, engagement, and sales.
Represent our clients professionally on camera when required.
Attend client shoots and create photo & video content for social media.
Write concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs for short-form content.
Create and participate in Reels, TikToks, UGC-style videos, and commercial content.
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, sounds, and viral content.
Adapt content styles according to each brand’s identity, audience, and objectives.
Understand what makes people stop scrolling and engage with content.
Collaborate with our creative, editing, design, and marketing teams.
Follow monthly content calendars and meet production deadlines.
Take initiative in bringing new ideas and creative concepts to the team.
Ensure all content reflects the brand professionally and consistently.
Analyze content performance and use insights to improve future content.
Be comfortable communicating with clients and representing BLKBRN professionally.
� What We’re Looking For
2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of current trends.
Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create content with a commercial mindset — not just content for views, but content that helps brands sell.
Ability to work with different personalities, industries, and brand identities.
Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
A portfolio of previous work is required.
