We are hiring a Bridal Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of THE HOUR DRESS LEBANON, based full-time and on-site in Beirut. This role combines luxury bridal consulting with boutique leadership, overseeing designer dress rental operations within a luxury fashion boutique environment. The Bridal Manager will guide clients through an elevated journey that includes styling and fittings services, personalized bridal and evening wear consultations, and expert handling of evening and bridal gowns within a premium, client-focused setting.
The role involves managing boutique operations, appointment scheduling, inventory, and gown care while working closely with local and international designers under a consignment designer model, with strong awareness of the Lebanon fashion markets and luxury bridal trends.
The ideal candidate brings experience in luxury retail or bridal fashion, a passion for high-end designer gowns, excellence in client service, and the ability to drive boutique growth through sales, marketing initiatives, and exceptional customer relationships.
