We are currently seeking to appoint a Power Platform Developer to join our IT Department in Verdun, Lebanon. The successful candidate will be responsible to cover, but not limited to the below:
- Develop and maintain Power Apps (canvas/model-driven as applicable) that meet business requirements, usability standards, and controlled release expectations.
- Implement validations, role-based access, and audit-friendly data capture to protect data integrity and compliance.
- Provide ongoing enhancement and maintenance support, including bug fixes and performance improvements.
- Build Power Automate flows for approvals, alerts, notifications, and data synchronization to reduce manual work and errors.
- Ensure workflows follow approved governance gates (requirements, testing, documentation, release notes) before production deployment.
- Monitor flow health, troubleshoot failures, and implement sustainable fixes to reduce recurring incidents.
- Support data structures (Dataverse tables where applicable), ensuring consistent naming, controlled changes, and access discipline.
- Build and maintain integrations/connectors (ERP, Microsoft 365, APIs) in line with approved integration patterns and security-by-design principles.
- Support testing of interfaces, data mapping validation, and exception handling routines.
- Maintain technical documentation (solution design, data model notes, flow logic, configuration records, release notes) for continuity and audit readiness.
- Execute unit testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business users, all while capturing and resolving defects before release.
- Apply version control and change tracking practices; ensure solutions are supportable and reusable.
- Provide end-user guidance (quick guides, short demos) and support post-release adoption, reducing misuse and support tickets.
- Collect feedback and propose iterative improvements aligned with business priorities.
- Escalate risks, dependencies, or scope changes early to the ERP & Business Applications Specialist.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience
2–4 years in Power Platform development and workflow automation (apps + flows), ideally in multi-department environments.
Licenses and Certifications
Required: PL-900 (Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals).
Preferred: PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate).
Good to have: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate).
