About the Role:The role is responsible for transforming approved 3D designs into accurate technical sheets and working drawings, ensuring they meet project requirements, standards, materials specifications, and site conditions.
Job Role: Prepare detailed *technical sheets and working drawings based on approved 3D drawings.
* Review project requirements, building codes, life safety requirements, MEP permits, and material specifications.
* Review As-Built drawings and coordinate with the site supervision team to reflect site changes.
* Prepare drawings with accurate calculated dimensions.
* Coordinate with the Design Team, Project Managers, clients, and contractors.
* Review lighting designs from an application and MEP coordination perspective.
* Identify technical issues and suggest alternative material solutions when needed.
* Present design progress, receive feedback, and refine technical drawings accordingly.
