About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, logistics, inventory, vendor relationships, and overall supply chain strategy to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
This is an on-site position based in our Beirut office at BDD and requires immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities
- * Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage procurement activities including sourcing, vendor negotiations, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and prevent shortages or excess
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to forecast demand and manage supply plans
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including delays, quality issues, or cost overruns
- Establish KPIs and use data analytics to monitor performance and improve operations
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and stakeholders
Requirements
- * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement strategies, and inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic and French are a plus)
