Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, they will bridge the gap between strategy formulation and execution by supporting long-term planning initiatives and managing critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing, refining, and monitoring corporate strategic plans and objectives.
- Research & Insights: Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and internal data analysis to provide actionable insights that inform leadership decisions.
- Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement: Identify, analyze, and map key stakeholders; create tailored engagement strategies to ensure their needs, concerns, and expectations are managed effectively.
- Facilitation & Coordination: Organize and facilitate strategic workshops, alignment meetings, and committees’ sessions with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Communication & Reporting: Draft high-quality briefings, executive presentations, progress reports, and strategic communications for leadership and external stakeholders.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential alignment risks or stakeholder conflicts and propose collaborative mitigation strategies.
- Ad-hocs: Ad-hoc support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in strategic planning, corporate development, project management, account management, or management consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategy, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear, concise strategic recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of interacting with and influencing mid-to-senior level stakeholders with diplomacy and tact.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences (both Arabic and English).
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and smart utilization of AI applications.
