Experience: 3–5 years
Sprig Contracting is looking for an Interior Architect with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and practical experience in interior finishing and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed execution drawings, layouts, sections, and interior details.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP requirements and site conditions.
- Follow up on site works, ensuring quality and compliance with approved drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assist with material selections, quantity takeoffs, and BOQs.
- Review shop drawings and resolve technical issues during execution.
Requirements
- Degree in Interior Architecture or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, including technical detailing and site coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe tools; rendering skills are a plus.
- Good knowledge of finishing materials, joinery, and construction details.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
