Aura Smart Home Systems is looking for an experienced and organized Storekeeper to join our team in New Cairo, Egypt.
We’re looking for someone who can take full responsibility for warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure proper receiving, storage, issuing, and tracking of materials and products.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive incoming products and materials, verify quantities and condition, and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock movements.
• Organize and label products and materials for easy identification and accessibility.
• Prepare and issue materials based on approved requests.
• Conduct regular stock counts and physical inventory checks.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, damaged, or missing items.
• Maintain records for receiving, issuing, returns, and transfers using Excel or inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, Technical, and Project teams regarding material requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
• Support material handling and inventory requirements related to project sites when required.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Keeper, or similar inventory-related role.
• Hands-on experience in receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock counting, and warehouse organization.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and work under pressure.
Preferred
Experience with electronics, electrical components, ELV systems, smart home products, or other technical products is a strong advantage.
Experience with project-based inventory, ERP systems, stock reconciliation, and inventory reporting is also preferred.
